Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity

The Paediatric and Congenital Cardiac Service have a great opportunity for an experienced team administrator and scheduler. As our Team Support / Scheduler you will assist the multidisciplinary team in the day-to-day management of administration processes; meeting preparation, travel arrangements, data entry and audit support, and undertake a full range of administrative duties as required by the service. You will also schedule inpatient and outpatient appointments using a patient-focused booking approach at all times.

This is a permanent 46 hours per fortnight (0.6 FTE) role, however, on a fixed term basis we can also offer additional hours (0.4 FTE) making the role full-time until the end of the year

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills

Ideally, you will bring:

· A flexible and “can do” attitude

· Proven administrative experience and the ability to demonstrate attention to detail

· Strong organisational skills with innovative problem solving, and be flexible in your approach

· Intermediate ability in using Microsoft applications is a must and previous experience working within a hospital environment is an advantage
