Due to undertaking a significant change process across the organisation, which presents both opportunities and challenges, they’re seeking an experience HR Advisor or HR Business Partner like you, who is well versed and confident in managing ER cases.

Role

• HR processes, projects and employment relations
• Building relationships and trust with key stakeholders
• Coach, guide and support managers with HR advice
• Manage people concerns around behaviour, performance, handling disciplinaries etc.

You Are:

• An experienced HR generalist who enjoys partnering with key stakeholder
• A natural coach, comfortable guiding and training managers on HR processes
• Confident with Employment Relations experienced with end to end  disciplinary procedures, performance improvement processes
• Have sound understanding of NZ employment legislation
• Available immediately for approx. 3 month+ contract, possibly to be extended further
• Capable presenting and facilitating group meeetings
• Comfortable with detailed police vetting
