Senior Financial Accountant - Contract

Our client is in the insurance industry with a local presence in 27 countries.  They are customer focused, technical experts.  Due to a long standing team member leaving they require a safe pair of hands to continue in this crucial role supporting the business with varied projects that need to be covered. This is not a general day to day accounting role but rather one where you enjoy tackling whatever comes across your desk. 
  
Projects for example could include; identifying cost savings across the business, tidying up financial accounts for business units etc.
    
You will have come ideally from similar roles ideally within insurance or financial services, however a complex environment is just as crucial.  You will be used to jumping into different scenarios and have the capability required to hit the ground running. 

Technically, you are spot on and you will be that person who has their finger on the pulse whilst constantly looking for opportunities to enhance and improve processes and performance.
