This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to gain new knowledge and experience in a unique property portfolio. In this role you will be managing projects across a wide and varied network including Correctional Facilities, Leased and Owned Office space and residential like homes/units. The key deliverable of this role will be to drive capital projects/programmes through the corrections initiative lifecycle where you'll utilise your experience to scope, define and plan projects and then draft the investment business cases for governance.
Infrastructure and Digital Assets (IDA) provide a range of services to support the delivery of Corrections' core business and ensure we can maintain consistent service delivery regardless of external events and crises. The group comprises four key areas: Asset Management, Procurement, Public Private Partnerships and Digital

To be successful in this position you will have extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager in assets, property or construction disciplines, including managing large scale, complex projects. Additional requirements include but are not limited to;

Utu ā-tau | Salary
The mid-point of the salary range is $143,461 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $121,942 - $172,154 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
