Property Advisory Consultant

About the Role

Join a talented team of property professionals and bring your expertise to a range of exciting engagements with some top tier clients.

You could be working through the early stages of NZ's biggest infrastructure projects from the perspective of land & property acquisition, and more

Or advising on large scale residential developments from feaso studies & value engineering, to relevant legal - with the support of a fantastic in-house legal team.

Depending on your background & interests, you could be involved in projects and advising clients on:

• Property acquisition and divestment,
• Land acquisition & disposal
• Managing PWA compulsory acquisition
• Development advisory
• Masterplanning, and long-term urban development planning
• Site identification and value engineering
• Portfolio analysis and optimisation
• and more!

Your role is to maintain excellent relationships with existing clients, and advise on complex and unique property problems.

Work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of projects that affect people all across NZ!

About You

• Strong understanding of the property sector
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and how to apply it
• Experience in a client-facing/consultant role is ideal
• Proven experience providing strategic property advice
• Property, law, or similar degree/qualification
