Must be available and interested to work set hours that reflect Australian business hours (approximately 10.30am - 7:00pm).

About the role:

As an Outbound Customer Service member, you will be primarily based on the phones and tasked with reaching out to existing clients regarding any outstanding compliance. A role that houses heavy customer interaction and a great opportunity to grow your skillset in and positively influence your career in financial services.

Daily you may be:

  • Following up with or qualifying with customers any missing or adverse information 
  • Maintaining confidentiality and compassion through sensitive and/or complex, customer interaction. 
  • Attaining necessary information, documents etc
  • Creating cases to be completed and managing the process of these cases
About you:

You may be a finance or commerce graduate with proven experience and interest in phone based roles. 

OR

You are a confident communicator with a background in financial services or banking. 

Plus, the other nitty gritty bits needed for this role:
  • Thrive in a role that requires you to understand complex information
  • Comfortable speaking to customers and internal teams
  • Clear police and credit default history – due to the nature of these roles
  • A passion for compliance and financial services
  • Able to start in May until approximately December
