About the role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be part of the KiwiSaver team, who are responsible for assisting customers, with a focus on financial hardship. Due to the rising cost of living in New Zealand, financial hardships calls have increased and we need someone with an empathetic nature, capable of handling complex situations over the phone.

In this role you will be:

  • Handling customer queries via phone and email – prioritising compassion and confidentiality
  • Updating and managing the customer database – ensuring systems are well maintained
  • Actively engaging with your colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace culture
  • Learning from some of the best in the industry – refining your skillset within financial services
