Reporting into the Head of People, this role truly is a Strategic HR Business Partner where you will provide advice and guidance to your business units operating as a true partner.

A generalist HR role, you will be part of their leadership meetings, ensuring that they have the right people, processes and systems in place to deliver business objectives. Key focuses include ensuring that the business is set up for success, talent development and management, strategic workforce planning and transformation.
To be successful in this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, have proven experience working within an agile environment, and whilst not critical some experience gained in financial services would be beneficial.
