Description
Our Hawkes Bay-based client is looking for an experienced forklift operator who is not afraid to hop off the forks and help with the manual labour side also. This assignment needs someone switched on, reliable, able to jump on board asap, and be a team player. It is a physically demanding role, and a pre-employment medical is required prior to commencement.
Duties and tasks required:
- Operating Forklift competently and safely to load and unload vehicles, trucks.
- Repairing and painting pallets
- Ensuring that company protocols and processes are being always adhered to, including Health and Safety and Environmental compliance.
Skills and Attributes required:
- Holds a valid OSH forklift licence.
- Reliable transport
- Holds Health and Safety in the highest regards.
- Physically fit.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be legally allowed to work in NZ.
Hours and Payrate:
Monday to Friday
$26.00p/h
