Play a key part within our Facilities Operations team contributing to strategic and operational plans for the Property Services unit. You will be heavily involved in the planning and delivery of the University's asset management and maintenance plans for its built asset portfolio that are aligned to the strategic plan, long-term capital plan and operational requirements.

Salary will be provided based on skills, knowledge, and experience brought to the position. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week) based on our Hillcrest Campus.

Ko wai koe? - Who are you?

You will have proven experience in managing asset management plans and improvement plans. You will also have a demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop and maintain positive and productive relationships, both with internal and external stakeholders. A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or a significant level of relevant professional work experience is essential.

You will demonstrate sound leadership abilities and experience in budget management within a construction or facilities environment along with strong financial reporting and maintenance planning expertise. You will have a natural ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and constantly re-prioritise goals and workload. You are adaptable and flexible with a commitment to customer service and quality.
