The New Zealand Defence College (NZDC) vision is to lead New Zealand Defence Force learning excellence.
Their purpose is to achieve greater integration of individual training and education through the provision of standardised learning policy, enabling services and systems.
The Performance and Evaluation team are looking for someone who is computer savvy and highly motivated to join them. As an integral part of the team, you will provide individual training and education evaluation support to the various schools and learning providers within Devonport Navy Base, supporting impact evaluation projects nationwide.
Your main tasks will involve:
This role is based in Devonport Naval Base. Once you have undergone training and are up to speed, there is the option for flexibility working arrangements.

You'll know your way around the Microsoft office suite of applications, be highly confident using Excel to an intermediate or advanced level and be able to quickly learn new IT systems.
You will be highly organised and proactively manage your own workload to ensure all deadlines are met. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate with a wide range of people and be able to provide excellent evaluation support.
You will be a team player who builds positive working relationships and have a ‘can do' attitude to helping and supporting the team and NZDC customers.
