Due to 2 recent internal promotions, we’re looking for those who have an interest in developing their career within client services. This pathway could eventually lead to financial advisory, leadership or operational/ analytical support within the wider business.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be a part of a wider team that;
- Engage with existing clients of Kiwisaver and managed funds over the phone, email or live chat.
- Provide guidance in relation to Kiwisaver and managed fund withdrawals and switches - this can include first home buyer, financial hardship queries or retirement.
- Educate clients on different managed fund options and where appropriate, refer through to in-house investment advisors.
- Explain how market conditions can impact KiwiSaver and Managed Funds balances
- Share ideas on process or customer experience improvement initiatives
- Work together, socialise together, laugh together and learn together
You know you’re right for this role if you’re… - Client focused – You’ve delivered awesome customer service elsewhere – this might be within a bank or other financial service business, or it might be in retail, contact centre, hospitality or even in mentoring or counselling roles
- Interested in helping every day Kiwis achieve financial wealth
- Either knowledgeable about KiwiSaver and Investments OR excited to learn
- Clear with both your credit and police check
