As a Case Manager you provide specialist, end-to-end case management of prisoners including the initial assessment and identification of prisoner needs, case planning and preparing prisoners for release. You will also be writing reports to the New Zealand Parole Board.
You will be joining the team at Mt Eden Corrections Facility in the heart of Auckland CBD.

Using a range of services and techniques, you work with external agencies and the prisoner's families to support their rehabilitation. Central to your success as a Case Manager is the ability to exercise sound professional judgement ensuring that prisoner needs, and services are appropriately identified and treatment and programmes are well aligned.
