Role Highlights:
- Full-time temporary position
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

- Competitive hourly rate: $24 – $25 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Allocate call out jobs to service teams
- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling call outs
- Maintain client portals and ensure effective communication with clients
Ideal Candidate:
- Attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administration
- 1-2 years of inbound call centre experience
