As an Authority Officer you will provide quality case management, administration, and operational support to the ERA members to assist them to carry out their functions efficiently and effectively.
You will have a key role in ensuring that files are actively managed, that parties are dealt with respectfully and that members of the ERA are provided with the case management support that they need to progress matters to a determination.
The key tasks of the role:
• Providing administrative support to Authority Members including diary and case management.
• Building strong working relationships and effective communications with the Authority Members and team members.
• Able to review, proofread, check simple calculations, names are correct, format, punctuate and check grammar of Member's determinations.
• Able to make meeting venues bookings including arrange security, interpreters and special requests made by stakeholders.
