Description

Senior Accounts Payable + SAP + North Shore + 2 WFH days + Iconic brand + Flexibility + fast-paced stimulating role + approx 2 months +

He whakamāramatanga mō te kamupene - About the company
This much-loved Kiwi brand is based on the North Shore and has a huge national footprint.  I’m genuinely excited to be supporting this business as they really are at the heart of every community and regularly support community initiatives throughout Aotearoa.  Their head office is bustling and going through a system implementation currently so it’s a very exciting time to join this organisation in a temporary capacity.

Mō te tūranga - About the role
We have a number of temporary positions (approximately 2 months +) for Senior Accounts Payable Specialists who have solid experience with volume and complexity ideally on SAP.  You will be reporting into, and supporting the Senior Systems Accounting Consultant in clearing a back-log that has built up whilst they work to smooth out the process with their new system.  There will be plenty of reconciliations, matching and reprocessing invoices in the system so you will be drawing on your end-to-end payables experience to help you with this complexity.

He kōrero mōu - About you
You will be famous for being super-efficient when it comes to volume in workload as this is a big business and the Accounts Payable team are dealing with a very high volume of invoices.  You will have an excellent eye for detail and be able to investigate the information you are seeing and work out why an invoice isn’t matching.    It’s preferable that you have already worked on SAP however we may be able to consider other large systems experience. In addition, you will have at least Intermediate excel and be a confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.

Ngā painga mōu? - What's in it for you?

* Immediate start for approx. 2 months (potential to extend)
* North Shore offices (2 work from home days)
* An iconic and much loved kiwi brand
* A fast paced stimulating role
* An organisation that truly gets in behind communities all across Aotearoa
