A stable, secure international manufacturing company that creates products for access solutions and door openings in homes, businesses, and institutions. This includes doors, door and window hardware, mechanical and smart locks, access control and service. They are on the search for an all-rounder Accounts assistant responsible for Accounts Receivable with bank reconciliation and general accounts administration duties.

About the role:

  • Accounts Receivable processing
  • Financial Reporting and tax requirements
  • Banking process and accounts admin support to the team
  • Process daily banking transaction receipts
  • Payment allocation as per remittances
  • Liaise with customers on overdue accounts and outstanding disputes.
  • Customer Rebate management and review with sales directors
  • Review AR aged trail balance monthly and take actions as required.
  • Process General Ledger journals.
  • Orders on Hold required to be assessed, released or follow up customers.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable and basic tax is requirement
  • Able to accurately follow all processes and guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working with D365 will be an advantage.
  • Experience working with foreign currency.
  • Team player
  • Written and verbal communication
