Master Data Administrator
Temporary role for 6 months

$36 per hour
Our client is looking for a Master Data Administrator to join their friendly and well-supported team. This is a 6-month temporary assignment, to assist with a high workload. The primary purpose of this role is to maintain master data, which is pivotal to providing timely and accurate supply chain master data.
You will be:
Supporting the team to perform supply chain functions efficiently and effectively.
Analysing and resolving requests from users to create and maintain master data appropriate to business needs.
Resolving requests from FPIM Master Data team and/or national data projects to drive national data alignment.
Ensuring that data maintenance conforms to national policies, standards and procedures.
Applying relevant sector security and confidentiality protocols when processing data requests and liaising with requestors and external organisations.
Reviewing data to detect errors and resolving recurring data issues.
Promoting data standards and data integrity with the organisation.
Building upto-date, complete and relevant master data reports or extracts for approved internal business use.
Undertaking FPIM Oracle business process improvement projects as requested.

Excellent communication skills.
The ability to identify, promote or implement improvements to processes or procedures to meet customer needs.
Expertise in ERP data management practices in large organisations, including the ability to interpret and apply standards to data.
Good understanding of supply chain data and processes, health related preferred.
Competency in Excel and data analysis.
Knowledge of data privacy policies and procedures.
Functional Oracle EBusiness experience in finance, procurement or supply chain.
