As the Facilities Management Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for liaising between the camp command and the service providers, to ensure that delivery of Facilities Maintenance and Management is in accordance with the contract requirements, and meets the needs of the customer.

Due to the nature of this role, there will be no work from home arrangements available, however once established in the role there will be some flexibility afforded surrounding working hours.

As the Facilities Management Site Supervisor, you will possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement as you facilitate multiple groups with varying demands. This role will require you to quickly adapt to unfolding situations, reprioritising on the fly, while altogether ensuring that timeframes are adhered to. In effect, you will be a very structured person who can quickly assess where your efforts need to focused.
